Return, Refund, Exchange Policy:
If you have received a damaged product or a wrong size, you can send it back to us for exchange.
You can contact us via WhatsApp @ 8448058575. or email at mailus@thepinktintstore.com for acknowledgment and address details for the exchange process.
Once your parcel is received by us, we will process the exchange within 3-5 working days.
Exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days from date of delivery.
The item will have to be undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all the labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
Please make sure to include the original receipt/invoice inside the return packet.
The product for exchange/ courier will have to be sent by the customer. New product in exchange of the old one will be couriered by TPTS once we receive the previous product but reverse courier charges will have to be borne by the customer.
We only exchange with a different size of the same piece. We do not accept exchanges with different designs or items. Please check all the pictures and description before ordering.
We don’t do exchanges for unstitched products like suits, dupattas, and sarees at all.
